In recent years, Elaine has extended her professional career to business development and account management with an aim of maximizing growth and revenue across service lines. She is responsible for driving the establishment and maintenance of strong client relationships, and provides quality service delivery to clients. Elaine also plays an active role in driving key initiatives, practice development and identifying key opportunities. What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?

I made a career move from corporate recovery to risk & compliance, which is quite different in nature. I embraced the challenge of stepping out of my comfort zone to explore new topics and areas which were outside my expertise, and I further developed my career from there.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I am keen and quite involved in coaching, mentoring and supporting underprivileged younger generation
