Global Marketing Director with over 18 years of experience in financial services and SaaS companies, I specialise in data-driven insight-led marketing strategies that fuel growth and retention in complex global B2B organisations. My passion lies in driving growth and customer value in technology, financial services, and e-commerce.
What makes you a Risky Woman?
I’ve consistently driven innovation in complex global organisations. Launching a new SaaS brand with 20% growth, and leading impactful human-story led campaigns on financial crime, all while driving significant growth and elevating our brand.
Name your top 3 achievements
- Launching a new SaaS brand, achieving 20% revenue growth in the first year with a number of complex challenges along the way – I had a wonderful time and learned loads.
- Successfully launching the first variant of Workspace at Refinitiv, it was a big launch and there was no blueprint for it – so it was all new and exciting.
- Leading a global marketing campaign at LSEG Risk Intelligence highlighting the human impact of financial crime, demonstrating the power of human stories when it comes to elevating your brand.
What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?
I have taken a number of risks – and moving countries with new jobs is probably the times where I have really stepped out of my comfort zone the most – from earlier jobs in Hong Kong, to London and then Switzerland. It required deep immersion in cultures, languages and in a specialized field in very complex and different environments.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
My passion for languages is something people don’t know. I speak four languages English, Spanish, German, Danish and next on my list is French followed by Japanese.
What is the best quality for successful leaders in Risk?
I’d say adaptability is key. Risk leaders must remain adaptable and stay agile to address emerging threats and opportunities.
