What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?

Twice I have undertaken quite risky moves: to a different country (UK) to work in a very complex head office environment, quite unprepared. And second, when I undertook an executive manager role in my country, being 6 months pregnant.

I constantly work on myself to appear confident and balanced.
