Taking on the management of a significant Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) operation was the biggest risk I’ve undertaken professionally. This required immediately focusing on earning the team’s confidence, overhauling inefficient processes, and establishing new quality standards. Despite the stress, this experience has been invaluable, demonstrating the remarkable achievements possible through team unity and collaboration.
