Corporate Risk & Compliance Director at Deloitte EMEA. Curious, cross-sector thinker. I listen to operators, challenge executives and connect dots others miss. That’s how I build risk culture that actually holds. Board advisor.
What makes you a Risky Woman?
I’ve spent more than 15 years making risk everyone’s business — not just the compliance team’s. That takes curiosity, stubbornness, and the willingness to say uncomfortable truths to boards.
Name your top 3 achievements
- Navigated the French telecom crisis — repositioned Bouygues Telecom’s risk strategy at a pivotal market moment, turning pressure into competitive advantage.
- Led major incident responses & regulatory audits — managed international regulators and IT teams at BNP Paribas, keeping the organization steady under scrutiny.
- Made the leap into international — left a solid national track record to build and lead Deloitte’s European risk community. Chose growth over comfort.
What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?
Joining Deloitte. I left behind a solid network and stepped into a fully international scope — outside my comfort zone on every level. The fear of not being recognized was real. I jumped anyway — because the challenge itself was the point. I didn’t have to rebuild.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
Behind the corporate title, I’m a mountain girl from Haute-Savoie — direct, grounded, and allergic to unnecessary complexity. No filter.
What is the best quality for successful leaders in Risk?
The courage to defend your vision in front of a CEO — especially when the room goes quiet. Risk leaders who speak truth to power don’t just manage risk. They shape the future of their organization.
