What makes you a Risky Woman?
In addition to being a persuasive person who speaks multiple languages, I have learned to influence industries via regulation and relationships. In the last year, I was invited to be a part of a small group who re-organized European Trust Services standards via the ETSI 119 461 standard promulgated in July 2021.

What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?
I have made multiple moves between Europe and the USA for personal and professional reasons where I have had to entirely re-tool my skillsets, networks, and subject matter. Each time, I'd like to think I got sharper and more productive as professional -- and certainly as a person. In 2019, I did it with a family.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
If you do not find me at my laptop or conferences, I love researching recipes and making food I love.
What is the best quality for successful leaders in Risk?
No detail is too small. When you read the "small print" in new areas, you will recognize details others may gloss over or miss. This skill will allow one to attain the knowledge and speak about AML / KYC / related matters with confidence.
