What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?

The biggest risk I’ve taken in my career was transitioning into senior leadership roles in product management after building a foundation in different functional areas. Stepping into a highly competitive, fast-paced environment and leading global teams required me to embrace uncertainty, push boundaries, and make bold decisions around product strategy, market execution, and driving innovation. This risk paid off by broadening my skill set and positioning me to lead high-impact projects and transform businesses, ultimately accelerating growth and creating lasting value.
