The biggest risk Nimisha has taken in her career was leaving the security of established roles to build her own consulting firm from the ground up. Stepping into entrepreneurship in a highly regulated and competitive GRC and cyber landscape required courage, resilience, and confidence in her expertise. This risk has paid off significantly—her firm has successfully delivered GRC technology transformations for multiple enterprise clients, helping them automate compliance, meet regulatory obligations, and strengthen their risk management capabilities.
