What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?

Leaving a secure partnership at PwC to join Kroll and build the Fixed Asset Advisory Services practice across APAC. It meant stepping away from an established platform to embrace growth, scale and an entrepreneurial challenge, backing myself and Kroll’s vision to create something truly market-leading in the region.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I’m a dancer and draw inspiration from choreography – structure, timing, teamwork and disciplined execution shape my business ethos.

What is the best quality for successful leaders in Risk?

Courage and intuition — the ability to ask uncomfortable questions, challenge consensus and trust informed judgment when the data is incomplete. In risk leadership, technical expertise is expected; what truly protects organisations is discernment, integrity and the confidence to act decisively before uncertainty becomes crisis.
