Taking on a total mid career switch from being a seasoned industry practitioner to being a consultant, and not knowing if that would fit. But she still took the courage to take the plunge, backed by sheer determination and hard work.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

Irene did rhythmic gymnastics when she was in school. It trained discipline, flexibility and courage to do the drills, and with beautiful outcomes.

A good understanding the requirements, a good sense of business needs, a level-headedness on how to deliver pragmatic outcomes and how to leverage innovation to make risk and regulatory processes cost-effective and sustainable.
