I am passionate about leadership and advancing future women leaders. I am a member of the United Way's Women of Tocqueville and co-chair the Cincinnati Chapter of KPMG’s Network of Women (KNOW).

- Being a member of the working committee for the AICPA focused on aligning SOC 2 reporting with HITRUST requirements to develop a widely accepted report format to meet HIPAA and other health security requirements.
- Leading a multiyear engagement focused on maturing the control environment for one of the nation’s largest health providers.
What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?
Choosing a field and aspiring to leadership in a field which historically has favored male leadership.
