What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?

I have taken a number of steps outside of my comfort zone and I see this as my biggest risk as I wasn't sure of the outcome - however, I also believe these experiences have provided me with some of my greatest rewards.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

I am a natural introvert. People assume that I am an extrovert due to the nature of what I do - but it is a conscious effort to do this.

What is the best quality for successful leaders in Risk?

The best quality is listening - that is admitting that you can never know everything, being open to different perspectives and being respectful of business people having different motivating factors are critical to success.
