On a personal level I have four wonderful kids, love travelling, meeting people and learning new languages… and have a passion for downhill skiing.

What makes you a Risky Woman?

I’ve never been afraid to leave a safe job or move to a different country and start from scratch, if I believed that it would lead to a more fulfilling life for me and my family. And I love going fast down the steep slopes ;-)

1. Creating, growing and selling my first business in Paris when I was im my 20s.
2. Writing “Business Mum, three steps to success in running your own business and being a mum”, which is now published in Denmark, the UK and the USA.

What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?

Quitting my job to start my own business when my husband didn’t have work, we had two kids and was I pregnant with our twins.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

We’ve bought a house with my parents, so now we live 3 generations together, which has been a blessing during the pandemic.

To walk the talk and set clear goals and then do everything possible to empower and help your team succeed.
