Britt Endemann

Description

I am a Managing Director in the Investigations, Diligence and Compliance practice at Kroll, based in Washington, D.C. office. I have many years of consulting experience assisting clients with complex investigations, white collar and antitrust arbitration matters, international compliance, and global regulatory investigations, preparation for Congressional inquiries, internal system audits, and trial.

What makes you a Risky Woman?

What makes me a Risky Woman is my willingness to step into the unknown. I take chances, try new things, and refuse to let fear or others make decisions for me. I come from parents who left their home country at a young age to build a new life for their children, and their courage has shaped me. Following in their footsteps, I embrace change, push boundaries, and choose growth even when the path isn’t guaranteed.

Name your top 3 achievements

  1. Transforming my health and wellness over the last decade. I completely turned my life around by prioritizing my physical, mental, and emotional well‑being. The commitment I made to myself day after day has been one of my proudest achievements.
  2. Building and sustaining deep, meaningful friendships. I’ve cultivated strong, supportive relationships that have grown with me over the years. These friendships are a reflection of the care, loyalty to and from the people in my life.
  3. Creating a work life filled with people I genuinely care about and respect. I’m proud to be part of a workplace where I’m surrounded by colleagues and senior leaders I love showing up for every day. Being in an environment built on trust, respect, and connections with strong friendships is an achievement I don’t take lightly.

What is the biggest risk you’ve taken in your career?

The biggest risk I’ve taken in my career was leaving an industry I’d been in for over a decade to start over on the other side of the service relationship. It was terrifying to step away from something so familiar and rebuild my confidence and skills in a completely new environment.

What’s something most people don’t know about you?

Something most people don’t know about me is how deeply committed I am to longevity and living a long, healthy, natural life. I’m intentional about the choices I make physically, mentally, and emotionally because I want to age with strength, clarity, and happiness.

What is the best quality for successful leaders in Risk?

The best quality for successful leaders in Risk is the ability to stay adaptable and grounded. Risk environments shift quickly, and strong leaders can adjust without becoming reactive.
