I made a bold pivot from consulting into the risk and compliance space—without a safety net. Six years later, I’ve built global partnerships, secured five Tier-1 clients, and helped them save millions from identity fraud—while being the only woman at this level in the organization.

I left a well-established path in development consulting to enter the dynamic world of digital risk and compliance. The learning curve was steep, but I trusted my instinct—and today, I lead high-stakes compliance for some of the world’s most demanding sectors.

In a male-dominated industry, I built my own table—and now bring others along with me.

The ability to balance courage with foresight. Risk leaders must act decisively while understanding long-term impact and bring diverse voices to the table.
