Yesterday, we had the pleasure of co-hosting a leadership dialogue session with Ocorian in London, bringing together leading female voices from across risk and compliance for an open conversation
We focused on a simple question: Does risk and compliance lead in creating a transparent and ethical culture?
With Rebecca Thorpe, Kerry Dettmar and Charlotte Cruickshank guiding the session, the discussion opened up a mix of perspectives, real-world challenges, and lived experiences from across the industry, exploring what it actually takes to turn intention into action.

It was a very well run and interesting debate. The structure ensured everyone not only got involved but was really made to think about the subjects raised. So good in fact that we never really got beyond the first topic for discussion! It was interesting to hear the thoughts of so many others especially as there were so many younger people.
