We had a great event in Copenhagen hosted with PwC looking at AI and vibe coding. Speakers included Camilla Hillerup, COO at Lucinity and Caroline von Barnekow, Head of Legal & Compliance at Velux Fondon.
We got some great feedback!
I left inspired. The functions whose job it is to put up guardrails are also the ones wanting to lean into the future the most. Wanting to build. Wanting to innovate. Never losing sight of what to watch out for. That is the leadership AI needs.
Camilla Hillerup, COO at Lucinity
From a business perspective, the opportunities are significant.
Imagine an internal auditor, controls professional, compliance officer, or risk manager who can:
- build a quick dashboard
- automate testing procedures
- create a simple risk assessment tool
- develop a prototype control‑monitoring solution
All of this in hours rather than months (!!!)
These topics I am personally thinking about:
- Has the generated code been reviewed by IT or Information Security?
- Does anyone fully understand what the code is doing?
- Can the solution be maintained a year from now?
- Can the logic be replicated, validated, or independently challenged?
- What happens when the original creator leaves the organisation?

What resonated most with me was the idea that AI is no longer only a technology topic but it’s increasingly a leadership, governance and risk conversation.
Beyond the discussions themselves, it was incredibly inspiring to spend an evening surrounded by so many talented women from different industries, backgrounds and stages of their careers. There is something powerful about creating spaces where experiences, ideas and challenges can be shared so openly.
