Scanning the Horizon of Regulatory Change | Singapore | 30 July 2024 1200 627 Risky Women

Throughout the last reporting period of the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), the regulator took actions resulting in 136 cases opened, 39 criminal convictions, and SGD$20.8m in financial penalties.

Enforcement actions for non-compliance are steep. However, there is much to stay up-to-date with. Recent announcements reveal MAS’ priorities to enhance investigative powers over financial institutions (FIs), tighten the anti-money laundering (AML) regime, and ensure fit and proper standards for FIs’ authorised representatives are effectively upheld.

MCO and Risky Women are holding an exclusive long-table lunch to further unpack these and other recent regulatory changes and updates.

Join us for an insightful discussion in a beautiful setting overlooking the entire Marina Bay. This is your chance to network with industry experts and respected peers, add value to the discussion, and stay above the horizon of regulatory change.
