On June 11, 2024, Risky Women had the distinct privilege of attending an exclusive session hosted by Accenture at their Toronto Gen AI Studio. The event, designed specifically for our group, explored the evolving landscape of risk and the transformative power of AI in managing interconnected challenges. Accenture showcased their global leadership with up-to-the-minute insights, solutions, tools, and examples.
Under Chatham House rules, the gathering fostered candid conversations with an impressive lineup of speakers, including in-person experts from Toronto, Miami, and New York City, as well as virtual Accenture AI thought leaders from across Canada and New York. Discussions covered leveraging AI for enhanced regulatory due diligence, managing third-party risks in service delivery and critical processes, resilience and beyond. The evening concluded with Accenture’s generous hospitality, featuring a spread of beverages and delicacies, complete with takeaway boxes for the next day’s lunch—a thoughtful touch that made us feel truly VIP.
