We will have Pru Bennett lead the discussion over lunch and share her knowledge and insights. Until January, 2019, Pru Bennett was a Managing Director at BlackRock and Head of BlackRock’s Investment Stewardship team for the APAC Region based in Hong Kong. Pru is an active participant in the public debate on corporate governance and stewardship and in her current role as Principal at Guerdon Associates, she advises boards of Australian companies on issues covering executive and non-executive director remuneration, investor communications and board related ESG issues. Lively discussion and debate on a hot topic at today’s management and board tables.
